07-2008 = Daily calls to DOS: "currently processing"; 8/05 = Phoned consulate, got Section Chief; wrote him.

08-07-08 = E-mail from consulate, promising to issue visa "as soon as we get her passport" (on 8/12, per DHL).

08-27-08 = Phoned consulate (they "couldn't find" our file); visa DHL'd 8/28; in hand 9/1; through POE on 10/9 with NO hassles(!).

Wrap-Monday up-wrapping report, see man:

Nearly shattered sales records for POTSs, whee man.

Stopped at Walgreens amidst gridlocked casa-ward commute; no traffic thereafter, whee man.

Mrs. T-B. visibly exhausted, she man, having gone to zoo with Mini-B., she & wee man.

Mrs. T-B. & Mini-B. agreed about spousal/paternal resemblance with gorillas, ooo ooo man.

Read two books to visibly fading Mini-B., pre-zzz wee man.

Mini-B. then out like light, heavy zzz wee man.

We curbsided the garbage cans, job of husband man.

We attempted nap, which was unsuccessful, no zzz we man.

Cat not present, no miu man.

Cat zonked out on downstairs couch, miu zzz man.

We watched late TV news, see TV man.

We then paid bills, thankfully small ones man.

Weeklong stomach woes finally aided, by store-brand Pepto-Bismol, medical marvel man.

We should not have swigged the French-dip sauce from Arby's like it was water, no man.
