I'm down to about 25 people here, and I say maybe about.....10-15 of them are competent. If I get that number to 20, I wouldn't need to do ......

But it's the summer time, it's difficult to get done in the summer. Many members of the orchestra are missing, who's on vacation, who's playing golf, fishing, etc.....

It's hard to put things together.
