Went to water park with kiddo. Had lots of fun. Am a little burnt. Worst part of day was my shorts decided to rub the inside of my leg absolutely raw. Very painful. Dunno why it happened besides the fact that I'm larger than last time I wore said shorts when they were wet all day.

Traffic home was also painful (33 min drive there took 1.25 hrs back. Rush hour hell.)

Steve will ask for a pic! Make sure he pays in advance;)

Not everyone wants a krewe.... Or a bunch of people doing things with them each time they do stuff. Not everyone likes #society.

And you didn't answer the question.

hmmm. IMO/E, most social people gang together to do something. might be a myriad of things, might be just 1 thing. Suffice it to say I not understand yer question, can rephrase it, use more words or different words? Context Confusing!!

You always ask about someone's "krewe" for something. As if people need or want other people around to do things. Why do you feel people always need to make everything a social event?

oh, that's easy. I'm so anti-social when I am alone, I just assume that social people gang together to do stuff. It is always difficult for me to gang together with people to do stuff, but I do it, and often. To use the word 'krewe' in a sentence, well, it's part of my own personal social experiment.

Krewe's I've had:

1. Sales Krewe

2. Programming Krewe

3. Reclamation Krewe

4. Garden Krewe

5. Chinese Auntie Rescue Krewe

6. ACM Krewe

7. Tech Speakers Krewe

8. Authors' Krewe

9. Authors' Parties Krewe

10. House-buying Krewe

and so on. It really is a social experiment for me, each time I form a krewe or join a krewe, a step into the unknown, unchartered waters of human interaction. Looking back, I was amazed I made it through uni, a military career, 12 businesses, umpteen books and several wives. I note I am not 'normal' or even approaching 'normalcy' - I have to work hard at being social. Mostly, I succeed.

If'n you've gotten offended by it, hey - post some urls and I'm happy to write more about them.
