So, this is why I'm on vacation again......

I return from vacation yesterday. The CEO over there tells me that he has to get heart surgery.

I mean, WT-F man....so he conveniently decides that he needs major surgery in the middle of July?

And who's stuck holding the bag all summer long? Me! that's who.....

So I'm like F this ####, I'm taking a few more days off before you go.....

And that, is why I'm on vacation again.

And I dunno if the heart medication is making him delirious, but he told me that if I stayed on, he give me a promotion.

Now if you guys remember, I only have the 1 guy above me, and that's the guy who's saying he's gonna promote me......I said; "WT-F are you gonna promote me to?" LMFAO

I mean, I'm the XO man.....the VP......What's he gonna leave and give me the company?

He went from being a man to a woman?

Is he going to promote you?

Did he leave you holding the bag?

She wants me to buy her out!

In the meantime having to work with a crazy kohai. Nice girl but nuts!

An example-last year, I was in the middle of doing something and couldn't find a red pen (which I needed). I asked this girl if she had seen it, and she flew off the handle (Japanese style;)). She replied that she hadn't touched my pen (I wasn't accusing her of doing so, but she thought I was). Next thing a meeting was held between my boss, her and I concerning "the red pen incident ." I was told the red pen was my responsibility, and that I should buy my own and have a steady supply at hand so as to no cause concern to my kohai!!!
