I love fried chicken, and this is why.....

When I was young, my uncle (God rest his soul) always took me fishing (my father didn't). He was a frugal guy. He would get up at like 3 in the morning and make fried chicken for us for the fishing trip, me, cousin Jim, and Jim's sisters. And me, I was always hungry.

I loved my uncle dearly. He took me to trips, ball games, etc....likewise he was the only one that ever took me to McDonald's. He got me a job at a precision metals company.....

I got to take him fishing on my boat. But I'll never be able to repay him for all his kindness....
