That's not the problem of corporate America.

In a market economy, the goal of a company is to make money.

If the trend is for employees to start being awarded retroactive medical expenses, it'll put a lot of companies in the red.

Nothing in ACA says that an employer has to provide free healthcare to their employees and or their spouse.

Obama care is supposed to be healthcare for all, right?

I won't shift the discussion from business to politics....
