Agreed upon as in verbally because when I moved I did not have an extra 1k+ to spend on a lawyer drawing up a custody agreement. The custody agreement is what I want drawn up now but I want to prove I have not gone back thus far on any of my agreed upon terms if the matter should end up in court vs just a lawyer's office.
