So if ya remember my issues with my length of kiddo visit this summer.... It was suggested that I have documentation of regular visits. Would a copy of the stamps in her passport correlating to copies of her itineraries suffice? It is stamped every visit with an entry date.

or you could take the 'american in china' approach -

take a headshot of the child holding a newspaper that shows the current date.

--on arrival day

--on departure day

overkill? certainly ! Vice-Consuls in Guangzhou accept it though. :D

Darnell I have little need to impress a vice-consul of anywhere. I merely want to ensure my summers last the time we agreed upon, vs what her father thinks is okay. He feels 3 days visits every 2 months is enough. Not only is that expensive, it's not what we agreed upon. But without it written on paper with lawyers, there isnt much I can do about it.

F16 just flew over. Darn they're loud! I ran outside and caught a glimpse though.

ok - is this 'what we agreed upon' actually listed in the divorce decree or orders or agreed orders or special orders, on some court document?

if yes, then he's breaking the stuff in the decree, and that can be acted upon..

but I think yer more interested in documentation and the proper documentation process/techniques to prove up the lack. right?

might be worth a phone call into whatever the 'clerk of the court' is called there, ask them directly about this, then morph all to match their evidentiary requirements.

In the cockpit of that F-16, it's actually very quiet.....

Speaking of cockpits, where do women pilots sit in a jet?

snarfies... on the erection seat?
