Yes he has the visa. The envelope has do not open written on it. We didn't open it. It came to us like this

I think you'll be fine, just leave the envelop like that. It's easily explained. It was opened beyond your control.

If the contents are really that big of a secret, it wouldn't be in your hands. I'm sure you're not the first person this happened to.

Plus our envelope had a tiny opening in the corner, maybe half the size of that, no problems. Hey, it could even happen during the plane trip. My husband's visa also had the wrong country of citizenship and no one noticed.

06-30-2008 = Stokes Interrogations w/Ecuadorian (not USC); "wait 2 weeks; we'll mail her."

07-2008 = Daily calls to DOS: "currently processing"; 8/05 = Phoned consulate, got Section Chief; wrote him.

08-07-08 = E-mail from consulate, promising to issue visa "as soon as we get her passport" (on 8/12, per DHL).

08-27-08 = Phoned consulate (they "couldn't find" our file); visa DHL'd 8/28; in hand 9/1; through POE on 10/9 with NO hassles(!).

We are doing everything possible to Serve the Customer, serve the customer man.

Ontarklar better have taken all the late Canadia-Day models, bad Ontarklar D ma'am.

We promised that she would personally deliver each to every orderer, eh man.
