APRIL FILERS AFTER NOA2 - NVC (CSC)

Absolutely!

Not sure if you read through all the posts in this thread, but basically it took the Paris embassy 2 months to give us an interview date because they kept claiming stuff was wrong or missing and there was nothing anyone could do. We called and e-mailed every point of contact they had non-stop, even went in person and bothered the security guards, till we got our date. When we came in for our interview, the staff all recognized us by our names and made us promise to stop calling and e-mailing if they give us the visa. Haha!

Anyway, the point is keep doing what you're doing. No matter how much they try to shoo you away, keep pushing forward till you get what you need. We'll be rooting for you. :)

I wonder if the embassy is subscribed to this thread...within minutes of my last post, I got a personal email from the Consul of the Embassy. He provided me with his direct email address, extension AND mobile number!!!!! God is good! He asked for the best times to call me to discuss ou case, and says that the paperwork is NOT there :( that he had looked for it personally.

Who do I believe? I've asked both the Consul and the NVC if I should email a scanned copy of my I-129F packet plus the NOA1&2. NVC says not to......haven't heard from the Consul on that yet.... :help:

I had my visa interview today and we got approved :)

The whole thing took about 1.5 hours and she asked me 4 questions:

How did you and Kyle meet?

Is he still in the army?

What is his job?

How did he propose?

I was super nervous but everyone was really nice and helpful in Frankfurt :)

K1 visa process:

06/01/2013: first met

03/29/2014: started dating

12/31/2014: "engaged"

04/14/2015: sent the package

04/17/2015: NOA 1 (CSC)

05/11/2015: "document returned to USCIS" (NOA1 hardcopy)

05/13/2015: called USCIS

05/28/2015: e-mail: they will mail the NOA1 hardcopy again

06/01/2015: NOA 2 !!

06/06/2015: NOA 2 hard copy

06/08/2015: NOA 1 hard copy (finally...)

06/25/2015: embassy received electronical file

07/16/2015: embassy received physical file

07/17/2015: embassy sent pack 3

currently: waiting for pack 3

So in the last few days there has been A LOT of communication between me, the NVC, the Tunisian Embassy's Consul General and Ambassador - personally!

AND IT WORKED!!!!!!!!!! His appointment is NEXT WEEK!! He couldn't get his medical done without the NOA4 letter, but now that we have it, that's all that's left. And, God willing, he will be approved and we'll finally be together again! (Just in time to watch the new season of 90 Day fiance...lol)

2016-01-13: Finally got my SSN card!! (Yayy!! after 80 days!!)

2015-12-17: Forms I-485, I-765 & I-131 Mailed out by USPS Priority mail
2015-12-20: Package delivered

2015-12-30: Received three NOA1's e-mails and sms (I-485, I-131 and I-765)

2016-01-05: Received three NOA1's hardcopies on hand!

Fiance had his interview this morning and after a two-hour wait and a five-minute interview, he was APPROVED!!

4.24.11 - Met online

2.12.15 - Met in person

2.25.15 - Engaged!

4.30.15 - I-129F sent

5.11.15 - NOA1 email notification

6.12.15 - Case status 'Approved' on USCIS website
