Congrats to all!! It's definitely nice to be on this side of things. I will be calling NVC this week to see if they've received our case yet. I called only a week from our NOA2 date and it was not there yet, not that I was really expecting it lol. We've gathered almost all info, my fiancé is just working on his affidavit of support. I am using a little booklet with clear sheets to organize my documents, how will you guys be sending your packet 3? Folders? Just your papers in a mailer? Let me know :) I just don't want to annoy them lol!

I called NVC on Friday 5/30/15 and they said they has received my case, but it was not in the system yet to call back in 2 weeks.....BUT I called back this evening and guess what..... I got my case number and a very nice lady said it would be sent out in a couple of days to Cuidad Juarez..... yaaaaaaaaaaayyyyyyy We are soooooooo happy... sending good vibes to all of you.... :dancing::dancing::dancing::dancing::goofy::dancing::dancing::dancing::dancing:

Keep trying, I must have also hit that redial button at least 30 times before I got something other than the generic busy message. The last time I called it was later in the evening I still had to hit redial alot but once I finally got the other message my call was answered in just a matter of minutes. However when they transferred my call to get the case number, I sat on hold for about 50 minutes. Good luck!

I am not kidding, we called 76 times to get through. But got told, no case number yet, call back this week( we called last week) But not going to call again, will just wait it out, I can't sit on a call that long again, will drive me nuts. Anyways, goodluck everyone!

1/8/16 - Got our Biometric Schedule Letter for Jan. 20

1/14/16 - Biometric Schedule (WALK-IN)

2/4/16 - Received RFE on the mail (Initial Evidence)

3/7/2016 - CASE IS READY TO BE SCHEDULED FOR INTERVIEW

3/15/2016 - Got txt message and email that AP for me and my k2 were approved but not for EAD

Still waiting on NVC too! 2 weeks for us. Not too bad. Trying to stay hopeful that it won't take the 35 days. The girl on the phone told me 35 plus another 4-6 weeks for them to process.

Also, I just found out today that the lawyer who entered my I-129F petition put my postal code in my address totally wrong. Do you guys think I should tell NVC to correct it? Or wait till it goes to the Embassy? I'm really stressing. I had the form totally filled out myself and then I guess she typed it all out. I'd rather just do it myself haha. Really annoyed about it! Oh well...
