AOS Fee online Status Update

Okie Its been almost two weeks now when our consultant sent our documents to NVC along with the fee but every time when we check the online status it is showing fee not paid. Since the whole last week we been contacting consultant and asked why the status havent been updated yet and he is off the view that NVC has having some problem regarding fee updation where as what they have posted on their website was related to updation of Bill IV fee. On their fee portal they say the status gets updated in within two to three days. My question is there any problem going on with NVC online fee status updation or our consultant is just playing with us because its almost two weeks and havent seen any update regarding fee status.

Yeah thats the message i was referring so any ideas on how long would it take to be resolved and how much more time will NVC take till they sent 325$ bill after that?

No eta as of now , they keep stating to wait for couple days , as far as i know there is a contractor company who is working with the in house IT departments to resolve this issue , lets just pray and good luck

Thank You NLR and DANDANOS for replying. I have my fingers crossed that this issue could be resolved soon and @ NLR no we haven't tried to mail them the fee but I talked with my consultant few days ago before he submitted it online to send it via mail but he didnt instead he did it online. This online status update failure is causing lots of panic among people who have been waiting for long and NVC its self takes 2 months time till they send the documents to the relevant Consulate for further processing and this delay will add more time to the total waiting time :/
