If you're talking about the IV and AOS fees, then yes, unless you have already paid them, in which case you must provide the receipts. If it's the $165 immigrant fee, I think it's payable online. If any of the first two or both aren't paid, you'll be expected to pay them at the time of the interview, I think they don't accept cash so you have to check payment methods of your local embassy in advance to prepare.

From what I read on the embassy's website for the K1 visa you pay the $265 DS160 fee at Banco Popular before you schedule your appointment on ustraveldocs. You pay the medical at the doctor's office and nothing at the embassy. Here's the link: http://santodomingo.usembassy.gov/iv-new_process-k1_steps.html. Good luck!

only if the case was expedited but if you paid already the only thing you have to pay the day of the interview if the delivery fee for the packet.....I think is like 11 dollars
