Guys need help

these are the facts : lawyer claims he sent the packet in April ( he is probably lying ). He failed the provide the tracking number. 3 days ago he said that the check cleared.

I called Uscis today and they told me that I m not in the system???? If they cleared the check , shouldn't I be in the system??

It's almost June. I don't have any more patience for this... This is hell What should I do???

The check only got cleared 3 days ago but they sent the petition 50 days ago? And you're still not recorded in USCIS? None of this makes sense. He is lying about something. Demand concrete proof from them that they sent your petition or fire them and do this on your own. They wasted so much of your time.

I just received an email with my receipt number. It was routed to California. Very very happy what a relieve. At least Uscis has my paperwork now

Thats great news. USCIS confirmed it?

I paid Siam legal with one check and I wrote a separate check made out to USCIS and gave it to Siam Legal to include in the package.

So my case got forwarded to California office. Anybody know how quick they are? Is it good news?

Also, when I check my case status online all it says is " we can provide you any information regarding your case right now" is it normal ? Is it because it's too early ?
