what earliest time to file i751

my green card expire on December this year,

whats the earliest time i can file remove conditions?

how long its takes?

any advices?

Congrats to moving on to the next stage. From what I have read on this you may want to start on it 90 before the expiration date. Normally cases are generally completed in 6-12 months

i have child born in usa so she is citizen.. in that form there is child1.2.3.4

am i need to fill my child information or that only for child with green card?

Natural born US citizens do not have an A#. You should put "N/A" as it is not applicable to that child.

Actually, the form instructions state to leave the space "blank" when the answer is none, or it is not applicable.

It used to be pretty consistent, but USCIS mixed it all up with the last set of form revisions, check the form instructions to be sure.

I've been in the U S for just over a year now. It's been a learning curve, sometimes sad, ( I miss my family in Ireland even though we've already been back for a 3 month holiday!) but I love it here in WA. Am now the proud owner of a WA driving license, had to do both the theory and actual driving test. Just checking in to this forum as we are already thinking about the next step, i751. Hope everything going well with all the April/May 2013 CR1 filers.
