Once u have ur documents u take it to embassy and they'll schedule for u.

@mindy when I call that Nbr it says that Nbr is not working and when I call other Nbr they always say closed even tho it open. Have u ever been able to contact them? If so how?

Not me, but my husband was able to call that number and get through to the call center. There was a time when they were accepting calls directly through the embassy but now it is a separate department that is for general inquiry. That number was working on July 1st when he called to check on the status of his passport. If you are calling from a cell phone, see if you can call the number from a landline instead. My husband called the number from a landline in Nepal and was able to reach the call center, but it would never work with his cell phone. He was calling that number that I posted, but it was never picked up when he called with his cell phone. He didn't even get the message you are hearing. It would give the message that the phone number you are dialing is not correct or something. If you are calling from a landline and getting that message then I think there must be something wrong with the embassy routing system.

Have you received any packets from embessy? When was ur case status updated? Mine was in July/10/2015,but it's been a month I m not getting anything from consulate office Kathmandu. Have you received any information? Plz do reply.

omg we are on the same boat but in middle and confused lol ..mine NOA2 date was june 5 and they updated case status on 30 th june and since then nothing at all...we were hoping we will hear something on july 1st or 2nd week but so sad nothing yet i think we are on queue .....

i did call embassy through a service provider oppsite of US embassy ( where my cousin works) and the one who received call suggested to email the embassy mentioning about the case and asking for packet 3 and i did and they replied saying to wait patiently as it depend on the consulate so i suggest u to do the same ..email mentioning petitioner name ,beneficiary name ..case num and passport num etc...so they will tell u what to do i think we are on the same queue so they will tell u the same "wait patiently"

I have already emailed them in their email address consktm@state.gov but I didn't get any appropriate answer. I dont know how much tyme I have to wait again. oh yes they said the same thing create profile but my fiancé did it so i don't know but we just know they said to wait patiently it depends on the visa consulate when they will contact us...but seems like we will hear soon ...as they said patiently wait :P

if i hear anything from them i will let u know so frustrating it is but its not in our hand so we must wait
