Hello,

I filed I-751 on June 2014 and it is still pending. I also filed N400 on March 2015 and I received a N400 Interview letter it will be next month. I never heard anything for I-751 but I will go for Naturilization interview.

Anyone have any experience about same situation or How does it work ?

Thanks

Filing the N-400 will usually force them to adjudicate the I-751; they may even do it concurrently.

I had the N-400 interview on beginning of June while I-751 is pending. Everything was smooth passed the test and Officer gave ''decision can't made letter''. He didn't ask anything (passport, id or any other document). He just go over the Yes/No question on the paperwork and made me sign pictures and papers after the interview. He also told me beginning of the interview I-751 is open. I was hoping to have concurrent interview but it didn't happen.

I-751 case is pending over a year. I made an infopass before the N-400 interview because extension letter was expiring and got stamp on the passport. This is based on 3-year rule. When we filed the I-751 interview, we sent to Vermont then they transferred to CSC because of the workload. After that I didn't receive any single letter for it. Online status shows Case received to my local office from the last year but we didn't receive that it is transferred to field office letter. I made a service request one time but the email says wait 180 days notice of the e-mail.

After N-400 interview nothing change on Online status.

I-751 June, 2014 filed

N-400 March, 2015 filed

I have an attorney but she says it is normal :) Anyone had the same experience or any recommendations ?

Sounds like your I-751 can't be adjusted without an interview.
