Invoice ID Number

Hello all, here is my situation. I did my I130 in 2013 September to be exact. I was approved January this year, but when I called the NVC I was told my priority date was January this year "the same day of approval". So I sent an email with the original NOA1 for them to review. The initial email was rejected as the information was not complete as they put it. So I sent another email "which I am yet to receive a response for". Well to my surprise I got another response from the original email stating they are reviewing the document. Not only that I notice I now have an invoice ID number which I didn't have before. My question is now I have an invoice ID Number does that means they aproved the document or is it a standard thing. Also about how long do they normally take to review a document at the NVC when they said they are reviewing it.

did you got any case number for your case if no pls ask them to give your case number....then you can use both of them for your next step
