We spent our 2-day Valentines Day departing Manila and Arriving in California via PAL Flight 104. Security check at the Manila Centenial Airport was very strick and time consuming. We suggests wearing sandals in going to the airport for easy slip on and off during inspection. If you're carrying pirated cds/dvds, we suggest putting it in your baggage for checking in, and not carry it in your hand carry bags. Our filght was pretty rough, lots of turbulence. But it was very fast. It took us only less than 11 hours from Manila to San Francisco. Getting to the Customs/Immigration Check, fiances being accompanied by their partners can go together and no need to go on separate Immigration Window. As long as you tell the Immigration/Customs Officer that you are a K1 Visa, then both of you can go together on the same Immigration check. There not too many questions asked by the officer. Also, the beneficiary will be asked for finger scanning and picture taking at the Immigration Window. After completing all the Immigration Check, the officer reminded us that we have 90 days to get married. Then the officer will you a nice warm "Welcome to America". The you are the way out of the airport. Thank God we passed all the hurdles with not too many obtacles. Now we're ready for the next step - Getting Married!!! Perhaps it will take us some time to get back online again to give you new updates. But we'll surely get it touch when we can. Goodluck to those waiting for their interviews and congratulations to those who beat the system!!!

you will receive the noticed from the US embassy, the noticed will show the date, your appointment at St Lukes and Appointment date at the US embassy, but if you want to go for an early appointment at St Lukes make sure you bring your notice w/ you, so that you can take in even your scheduled
