Just a few days ago we went to the biometric appointment at the nearest service center, which is Milwaukee in our case. But today we got in the mail a NOA that was called a "transfer notice" and it said due to speed up our process her case was being transfered to the Laguna Niguel California service center! Why did they transfer us so far away? Do they expect us to go there if we need an interview as well? Or maybe this means we wont need a interview since they moved it to such a far away service center? Any ideas?

There is no interviewing at CSC it is a service center where cases get processed, many times when cases get transfered to CSC, they result in green-card with out interview.

You may also want to update your timeline to reflect a sucessfull visa interview, entry into USA, marriage, and start an AOS timeline.

:time:

Also update profile to show filed for AOS, you are way past K-1
