Wait about two weeks then have petitioner call the NVC to see if they have your petition, if yes ask for the case number so then you can do the DS 160 online and pay the visa fee. Meanwhile the petitioner can prepare the 134 and send it to you with supporting documents (tax transcript, bank statements, letter from employer). Also write up new letters of intent with new dates, to show that you still intend to marry within 90 days.

Here's a few guides from fellow VJ members:

http://dennyeyberg.wix.com/filipino-am-visa

http://visaconnection-philippines.com/

Here is a list I created of what exactly is needed to take to medical and embassy. The numbers at the end are how many copies needed. It's hard to find an exacy list anywhere. Even in the above guides.

Saint Luke Checklist
1. Passport and two copies of bio page
2. Passport photos 4
3. copies of NVC letter/email when MNL# assigned 3
4. Visa Appt Confirmed Email 3
5. Saint Lukes Registration 2
6. DS-160 Confirm Page 1
7. Fee 245 U.S. Dollars
Embassy
1. DS-160 Confirm page 1
2. Passport
3. Birth Certificate
4. NBI Clearance
5. Foreign Country Clearance if lived there more than 6 months after turning 16
6. 90 Intent Letter from you and me/Also Evidence
7. Divorce Certificates if required
8. CENOMAR
9. I-134 and Supporting evidence (bank statements, tax transcripts, employment letter)
10. Passport photos 3
11. Medical Exam Packet
Hope that helps some.

Wow! Thank you, that's a big help! But, with regards to the affidavit of support and other financial statements, the lawyers included it on the 129 package...i don't know why :( will we still send another affidavit of support?

Yea weird they did that. You could play the game of it was sent with the petition so we are good. Or just do another with the evidence and be safe. Really a decision between you and yours. I know I would send another. Also the new letter of intents are good in case your case has been prolonged, some are waiting 10...11 months for NOA 2 and have an interview a year later. That's why a new one is a good idea. You two may not need it cause your journey isn't that long, but if your still getting a new 134 might as well have him send a new intent letter.

Yea that's what I'm planning to do... we'll just wait for the noa2 in the mail then he can just send everything to me, including the intent letter.

I also mistakenly sent an I-134 during the initial filing but the CO still asked me for the I-134 (including the evidences) during my interview. Ask your fiance to send you one with his original/ink signature to be safe and avoid any further delays.

Go to this link so you know the next steps. Trust me, EVERYTHING you need to know is on it. (Thanks to Hank)

You don't have to send anything. You BRING it on your interview. I mistakenly also sent an I-134 during the initial filing but the CO still asked me for one (including the evidences) during my interview.

Okay now its confusing me! Hehe... I've read in the travel.state.gov, that my fiance need to send the affidavit of support along with the evidences and other documents to NVC then wait for 30days for them to check it and approve it... what should he do once he gets the noa2? Send everything to NVC or to me?

YOU! Nothing gets submitted to NVC for k, they simply assign a MNL number and send it along. They don't process anything....
