Hi.

I am fillinig out G-325A. I can't put all my employment history in the given space, I made a separate sheet of paper for that. My question is, Does CIS need the attachment for each page? Or one attachment for all the pages...?

For each page. 4 pages go to 4 different places (you can see this on the bottom of each page, written with tiny letters).
