Ahh! I had to call CBP myself and they helped. We had the wrong number. So we DO have an i94. We already sent in our AOS, too. Great! Now to yell at these people... Lol. Thanks guys! I appreciate it

Yeahh!!! So you should be able to get it tomorrow. My email came in last night around 7pm.

Really that fast so i will checking his email tonight i checked it earlier but there was nothing there. if it is then we will buy his ticke immediatley ..God is good i will keep you posted . :joy::thumbs:

Our Visa status just went to issued..Thank you lord!!!

A question about the Affidavit of Support - my fiance is stuck on the employer letter, because he says all he can get from HR is an electronic link to pass on to whomever wants the info.

I said I think his boss can just write it up and sign it on company paper and he got frustrated, because he has never even *seen* anybody use company paper :-D

Now I was wondering what you guys had the USC bring for the employer letter?

 

I know it is a different consulate, but Amsterdam only wanted the tax returns. Than again the person in front of me got approved without any supporting documents. only the affidavit. And that one was a printed copy not even a wet signature.

that a big difference, even at the same consulate!

Thanks for the info though. I think we have just about sorted it out - soon I get to send in my readiness form ;-)

it does not even say in transit

I don't know if the status will change anymore. Mine still says issued. Never went to in transit and has not been updated since 9/11 but i got the email and we picked it up.

Today I was approved to my interview , yayyyy ?????

I don't know if the status will change anymore. Mine still says issued. Never went to in transit and has not been updated since 9/11 but i got the email and we picked it up.

I just checked the passport status it states that it is in transit for delivery ... Hopefully it gets there before Friday.
