Ahh! I had to call CBP myself and they helped. We had the wrong number. So we DO have an i94. We already sent in our AOS, too. Great! Now to yell at these people... Lol. Thanks guys! I appreciate it

Congrats to all the recent approvals!!! So cool to see so many of us finally moving forward with our lives.

Mena, the biggest congrats and wishes for a speedy and easy rest of the process for you! I can only imagine how difficult this was. So unfair. Hope you can put the pain behind you and focus on the positive and getting this thing finished as quickly as possible!

Ok so we are going places now.

CEAC status went from ready to issued in 2 days

Visa is on it's way and should be delivered today. (according to the track&trace)

I was wondering if any of you may point me in the right direction on the following:

I got close to a month vacation time left. That would mean I could enter on K-1 while still being legally employed/paid by a foreign (Dutch) company. I would not be preforming any work. But they will deposit my pay into my dutch bankaccount one month after I enter the US. The company does not have any branches or ties with the US. I know there has been some debate about this, but I can't find it anywhere.

Any of you know if this allowed? Or do I need to wait until the contract has officially ended?

You're not working, so it shouldn't matter. Leave! Go! Move on with your new wonderful life!

Also the process seemed to pick up for getting visas delivered. Interview on Tuesday, now I have the package sitting on my lap. 16 days until I finally move. It's real.

Can't leave yet. I have to give them a month notice. So I did that today. Still have to work 2 weeks and clear the house and cancel my house lease.

I think Amsterdam approvals have always been pretty quick in the past. I was kind of surprised it didn't make it today to be honest.

I'm just really grateful that at least this part is over. I really feel for the unfortunate stuck in AP-hell.
