I think you just go under the dial pad and make the call. It's toll free, so Skype allows the call to be made. Santy was always the one calling because I got sick of it after a week! It's just their regular number!(603) 334-0700

Ugh, Allie that is terrible. I hope they hope they end up issuing the visas. It's been a hard enough journey. I hope the rest gets easier.

You're going to want to get your case number and your ID number. The case number means you can track things from the CEAC website, which is finally working, thank goodness. The ID number will be used to pay your Visa fee if you book online.

also, fun fact for those who are waiting for their cases to be delivered to their consulates. Once your CEAC status changes to "In Transit" you can play with the tracking number to find out when your embassy receives your case.

Page 23 is where I figured out what to do finally. Apparently spaces are important. It's an odd system, but some genius 6 years ago discovered this. This is the link to the DHL tracking page. http://www.dhl-usa.com/en/express/tracking/shippers_reference.html

So for instance, to check packages going to Canada, I entered in EXP 30 JUNE 2015A and it pulled 2 packages that were picked up from the NVC on the 1st. Fun right?

Really I figure we haven't obsessed enough at this point.

I can't get it to work, not even if I put in the exact same as you (also to Canada) just had to try and see if it was only Denmark it wouldn't show, but it wouldn't show for Canada either.. What am I doing wrong ? :/

Can you send me a screenshot of what it looks like when you enter the numbers ?

Actually, Camilla, for the Swedish embassy you don't need the ID number to pay your visa fee. They only ask for case number (Your STK number) and DS160 confirmation number

i hardly ever post here but I always read everybody's post. Reading your post has kept my sanity!!! We finally got our interview scheduled last week....it will be for August 18. What I found interesting is that we were able to schedule the interview without the actual case number. I finally was able to get through nvc this morning and after an hour I was able to get it! Calling in the night was just a joke! So the am is the best time! Thank you all so much for your posts and answers! You all truly understand how hard this process is!

Congratulations! That's the day before my birthday gives you plenty of time to get all prepped!

And honestly w calling the NVC, it really depends. The times we've gotten through were at 7am and 11pm. It's a hit or miss getting through. Pain in the butt but you won't be there for long!!
