I didn't see an existing thread open for this topic so thought I would get one started. So glad to finally see some NOA2's for us October 2014 filers. Let's post progress and what not here. I'm actually at a loss on what to do next but with everyone's help here, I'll figure it out I know. :)

Ahh! I had to call CBP myself and they helped. We had the wrong number. So we DO have an i94. We already sent in our AOS, too. Great! Now to yell at these people... Lol. Thanks guys! I appreciate it

11/16/2015 - Received 3 NOA text/emails at 11:25pm

11/21/2015 - Received 3 NOA in the mail (receipts dated 11/12/15)

11/27/2015 - Received Biometrics NOA in the mail

12/10/2015 - Biometrics appointment at 9:00am

01/26/2016 - Put in a service request online for EAD (75 days)

01/28/2016 - "assigned to an officer for response"

01/29/2016 - "your inquiry was completed"

02/01/2016 - I-765 & I-131 Approved (received text & email 02/02/16)

02/05/2016 - USCIS status change - EAD mailed w/tracking # (text & email)

02/08/2016 - USCIS status change - "On 02/04/2016, we mailed your new card" for EAD (text & email)

02/08/2016 - Received EAD/AP combo card in the mail (no status updates about AP except "approved")

04/15/2016 - Received email "On March 16, 2016 your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence was approved.We have reviewed our electronic records and found that your Permanent Resident Card (PRC) is already in production." (NO INTERVIEW)

05/05/2016 - Another online service request asking status of PRC

05/18/2016 - Received email saying file was in Sacramento, not Pittsburgh, and it was not approved yet. WHAT?!?!

05/20/2016 - Status changed online to "On May 16, 2016, we ordered your new card"

05/23/2016 - USCIS status change - "On 05/23/2016, we mailed your new card" (text & email)

05/24/2016 - USCIS status change - "On 05/24/2016, USPS picked up your new card" w/ tracking info (text & email)

SINCE THE BEGINNING OF 2015 THE CONSULATE IN HAITI STOPPED USING HAITI MESSENGER; THEY NOW USE DHL INTERNATIONAL THERE ARE (4) LOCATIONS: PORT-AU-PRINCE, CARREFOUR, PETION-VILLE, AND CAP-HAITIEN. THE ADDRESS AND HOURS OF OPERATION ARE LOCATED IN MY PROFILE ABOUT ME.

  •  We stayed 6 days at the Kemael Hotel Tabarre 58, Rue C. Sylvain #4 Tabarre Haiti $80.00USD per night. It is off Boulevard 15 Octobre
  •  Or you can stay at the Le Monte Cristo Hotel & Suites Tabarre 60, Boulevard 15 Octobre, Tabarre Haiti $90.00USD per night.

  • Biometrics Appointment 15 minutes and done.
  • Received Text/Email:EAD/AP Approved May 11, 2016
  • Received Approval NO2 for I-765, and I-131 in Mail on May 16, 2016
  • Received EAD/AP Combo Card in Mail on May 18, 2016
  • Received Text/Email: RFE for I-485 on August 31, 2016 we have to respond by September 30,2016
  • Placed on Request online for RFE hardcopy to be sent by mail on September 14, 2016
  • As of October 4, 2016 Still waiting for RFE hardcopy to come in the mail, called USCIS on September 30, 2016 no help.
  • As of November 3, 2016 We received an email in regards to not receiving in the mail the Request for Evidence (RFE) , come to find out they really didn't need any additional information. So now the have to wait another 120 more days before we can get an interview or approval. This is some BS.
  • As of February 7, 2017, We received in the mail Interview Date for AOS on March 20, 2017

About the I-134, my fiance needs a co-sponsor, his brother will be that co-sponsor. Does he need to fill out another I-134 form or is there a co-sponsor one? Idk neither of us see a section on the form for co-sponsors.

Thank you! I'm surprised and overwhelmed with all the congrats and well wishes we've gotten since being approved. I've had a few harsh words and gotten into it with people enough times that I kinda thought there probably weren't very many people left that liked me!! LOL Glad to see that I haven't turned myself into a complete villain!

Can't wait for so many more people to be able to join this thread.

Does your case status on USCIS say processing and has been sent to NVC?

I'm not going to call NVC until a few days after it goes to processing.

Nope. Not yet. After waiting for 7 months, you'd think waiting 2 weeks would be easy, but this part seems like it's harder to wait. :clock:
