hi,

im new here and looking some tips and advices here about the interview questions. and i came to this topic.

so right i am jobless, its been more than a year since i resigned in my previous work and only my fiance is financially supporting me.

if the CO ask me what is my work what should i say? and is being jobless will be a reason to get denied? we already have our MNL case number but right now me and my fiance are gathering all the requirements we need, so i did not yet schedule an appointment. just thinking the interview i am already feeling nervous.

I need advices please.... will praying for your interview too...

Although I am in no way to give you any advices I am pretty sure based from what I have read here that yours not having a job would not hold any bearing as HIS not having a job. USCIS will only care about your fiance's finances not really the beneficiarie's. I hope your interview goes well and just pray, be honest and trust yourself. Everything will certainly work out for the best.

First things first. You should always be truthful with your answers and be confident. Being the beneficiary and being jobless has no baring on the interview. The fact you are jobless will not harm your chances of approval.

Everyone is nervous so "join the club".

There are many here that can help you every step of the way. Help is a click away by following the link at the twisting arrow in my signature below and you'll have information at your fingertips.

You not having a job will not matter if you are the beneficiary. The USC citizen is the one to show financial support. Even if you were working you will have to quit your job to come to the USA unless the company has positions in the USA

So why will you need to be working in the Philippines to be approve for visa?
