F2a October 2013 filers, waiting for CC and IL

Hi everyone, i'm a new member here (but i have been checking this site since my husband filed I 130 for me, and you guys really helped me a lot). I'm married for 1 yr and 8mos now. My PD is 10/01/2013 and currently waiting for the scan date of the document requested in the checklist we submitted last 05/12. So bad if we only knew that it's NBI not police clearance they were asking in police certificate, our case should have been already completed at this time. Anyway, looking at the bright side, at least that's the only problem we encounter.

Hopefully we get CC very soon, my husband and I are both hands on doing this things. We're motivated by the fact that few months from now we will be together.

I will be glad to hear from the other f2a filers here, exchange ideas and update status.

USCIS:

10-01-2013 I 130 petition application received (Priority date)

10-22-2013 I 130 petition application approved and forwarded to NVC

NVC:

11-27-2013 mail received “no available visa number”, Case and IIN assigned

02-21-2015 NVC emailed NOA case being processed

· Welcome letter + AOS invoice

03-08-2015 choice of agent done

03-12-2015 AOS paid

03-30-2015 mailed AOS and IV package

04-02-2015 email notification from NVC, receipt of AOS package scandate

04-16-2015 NVC emailed:

· Choice of agent confirmation and invoice IV application

04-17-2015 paid IV application

04-22-2015 IV fee status paid and submitted DS 260

04-25-2015 checklist, NBI

05-12-2015 sent checklist requested doc back to NVC

05-14-2015 ??? scan date

my Pd is 3th OCT 2013 and i am stuck to this damn NVC. their system has problem, so i cannot pay fees.

this NBI you are talking about, is it something for philipienese or for all of us? since I cannot find something similar in my country ? we have only police certificate.

Welcome we are in the same boat ,got my a checklist in last month my 2nd scan date is March 24th my PD is 30 Sept , waiting CC, Welcome on board, hope we get on Interview on July

Priority date 27 sep 2013, no checklist , scan date 11 March 2015, still waiting on case complete. Its been already more than 60 days since i have submitted documents to NVC, still no Case Complete. My priority date is already current. I had called NVC thousands time, they dont have any answer, my case has been escalated to supervisor. Uggggg - waiting,,,,,

What are you trying to pay? What error do you get?

NBI is police cert issued here in philippines, so nothing to worry. Documents vary from country of origin.

Aww.. You should have cc at this time, just try and try calling them..

hi all!

im waiting for CC too. Scan date: March 16 and got a wrong checklist last april but everything's fixed now. I tried calling NVC for follow up but no one can give me anything helpful. I guess all I can do is wait.

Question, when is the best time to call nvc here in phil? Cause it seems like i never get through, its always try again later ?
