Same here. Our NOA1 is 1 November and we had 2 touches in a row on 16 and 17 January and then nothing since. What happened? They looked it over and said this one's too hard? Don't like their names? Who knows. Maybe since IMBRA and all they run FBI checks on men with previous marriages to check on domestic violence in their past?

Give us our NOA2!! Hehe.

No because the site says not to call them until your case is 30 days past the month they're currently processing. The month they say they're currently processing is July 2006.

Your attorney seriously told you that? They sure sold you on their services, didn't they?

8-30-05 Met David at a restaurant in Germany

3-28-06 David 'officially' proposed

4-26-06 I-129F mailed

9-25-06 Interview: APPROVED!

10-16-06 Flt to US, POE Detroit

11-5-06 Married

7-2-07 Green card received

9-12-08 Filed for divorce

12-5-08 Court hearing - divorce final

A great marriage is not when the "perfect couple" comes together.

It is when an imperfect couple learns to enjoy their differences.
