HOW DO I SUBMIT DS-260 WITH EXPEDITE?

I know I just keep posting and posting about this but I dont have a clue what I need to do. Anybody who has had theirs expedited could you just kind of walk me through partially or tell me your experiences just to get an idea please? I know that my package got there either last thursday or friday, but I dont know what comes after that.

How and were do you fill out and submit the ds-260?

Do I wait for consulate to contact me, because I have tried to call and cannot get through to a person at all.

and just any other information would be great..

ok. New question...

I just logged onto CEAC and It is allowing me to fill out ds260 even though I havent paid IV fee.

Do I go ahead and fill it out or do I wait to hear instructions from the consulate before I do anything?

hey there,

I'm pretty new and I don't have much experience with filling via NVC because I'm filling DCF (Direct with the Consulate) in London.

If you know the Consulate where your case has been sent to, it maybe worth checking the US embassy website where your case is.

In London, there is no phone line for the Visa unit, only via contact form and the form is on the US embassy website. It takes 5 working days to receive an answer given /take.

Probably easier to email them if it is the same as in London. They will guide you from there.

If the process turns out to be the same as filling DCF, you don't have to pay $325 when filling DS-260.

You do the whole process

[DS-260 // assemble all documents for interview inc Affadavit of support // Medical // notification of readiness // interview // visa granting (hopefully)]

But the payment is only on the interview date at the Consulate but please don't quote me on this, each Consulate may have different rules and your case maybe slightly different because you went from NVC to Consulate.

Hopefully, somebody senior can jump in and help out.
