Hello good friends. Am 2015dv winner from Africa. My case number is 77xxx and according to how the visa bulletin is moving, it seems like there is no hope for numbers higher than 50xxx and above. Anybody has an idea of what would happen after September 30th or what would happen for such higher numbers? Please let me know. Thanks

Hi - it is looking like a risky number given visa bulletin progress at the moment unfortunately. All you can do is wait to see what the final cut off is. Unfortunately if the cutoff for September is below your number that is game over for you. . In the meanwhile hope for a miracle increase...

Its true because visa bulletin stands at 36500 for July, so only August and September, in which as you say, for a miracle to happen, for such numbers. It means after 30th September, no chances of giving visas after cutoff?

No. DV2015 ends on 30 September and no more DV2015 visas can be issued after that date (even for people who already had their interviews but were in uncompleted administrative processing).

Yes! And even if you get selected you can still apply for the next DV while you are waiting to see if your number gets current or not.

No, you may only apply once for each DV, but can apply for as many consecutive ones as you like.

what happen for Africa this year , the most worse year ever

Hm. From memory the worst year so far cut off around 62300. 2008 or so. So far this year is looking bad...
