NVC forms portal - unable to sign in to fill out DS 260/261 for over 1 week

For those of you who paid IV fee online again and were able to fill out DS260, I would apprecite it if you can share any update on your case. Anyone who even got CC after doing that?

Well... might be too soon to ask but would really love to know if it really works out. !

News on my case : they have the ds 260 but didn't review it yet ( reminder : i paid the iv fee a second time last monday after weeks of waiting and paying the iv fee by mail. then finally got access to ds260 last wednesday)

I have a checklist from june 9, but didn't receive any mail or wasn't told over the phone.

I called on june 23 and was told my case hadnt been reviewed, so i waited. Now i understand why you should call every day.

My husband called today and first the operator said she cant see if it has been reviewed and then, no it hasnt been reviewed.

Husband asked the same questions in a different manner several times and the operator switched to yes, there are some things missing :

my birth certificate (i already sent it in the package, along with a translation)

marriage certificate (already sent in the package too, with translation!)

The joint sponsor needs to send another i864 because they say we didn't mark "1" in part 3 section 7 ..

She said they were supposed to send an email, she will put a note so that they can send us a checklist faster... obviously we are not gonna wait to send the docs

Husband just called again just to see if the speech was didfferent and at first the operator said she couldnt tell if the ds260 was submitted. Then husband insisted and she said yes its submitted, not reviewed.

And that she's gonna ask a supervisor to check if they have my birth certificate and our marriage certificate

Yes...we re still stuck on the same ,my hubby paid the iv fee the second week of may....and it is still showing PAY NOW And now it gives u the option to pay which in our case must show PAID already,i called yesterday and i was told to give it 2 more weeks...... but axcording to the last update which was yesterday they stated it will be fixed by tgis week ...i really dont believe them....we only need our status of payment shows PAID and we will be able to fill our ds 260....Goor lucky to everyone.GOd bless u

I waited a month after I mailed my IV fee (May 29 overnight) and nothing happened... and about 3 weeks after I was able to pay online... and I ended up spending another $650 paying online just to access DS260

Based on their latest updates they are hoping to have DS260 fixed early next week.
