NVC forms portal - unable to sign in to fill out DS 260/261 for over 1 week

not yet, i am trying to stay off their radar. i didn't call them the entire week. i am hoping they hold their promise of fixing things early next week and i somehow get lucky by them ignoring me few more days and not CL me. and i can do away with Supervisor review too. well if that happens i will definitely buy a lotto ticket as well.

you paid it twice and when did you pay it online ? once you paid it , how long it took to unlock the DS-260

Well let s be positive..i mean 1 another week..lets wait and see ..my husband was about to pay the iv again online but i did not let him...i just dont trust nvc..so far is still pay now..who knows maybe tomorrow will be paid hehehe but by heart i wish u good luck to everyone and were all together we know how frustrating has been all this...but at the end it will be resolved i just decided not have my mind on this....love u all

Hi Everyone.

I paid my AOS fees and Immigrant Visa Fee via Money order by mail last Wednesday (June 24, 2015), I received a letter today from NVC that all my fees have been paid and I should now submit form DS-260. But unfortunately, like the rest of you I have been facing the sign in issues since a new case number was assigned to me on Jun 16 2015.

I changed my Embassy from Pakistan to UAE (Which took almost 2 months), I have been calling NVC almost everyday, but still no luck with signing in to fill DS-260. But the NVC said that i can mail in my documents along with AOS in the meantime. I am now working with my lawyer to submit all the documents and send them to NVC. NVC takes 30 days to review your case and reply, so probably in the meantime the sign in issue will be resolved.

So, I advise everyone to send in your documents and AOS package while you are facing issues with signing in, it will save you time. Probably after my documents have been reviewed and once the DS 260 is available online, it wont take them much time to check my DS-260 (May be a week or two at most) and schedule the interview appointment.

I will keep updating on this thread....

YES!!!!!! My IV fee is shown "PAID", now I can fill DS-260 online! Yeah!!!!!

I was able to access DS260. AOS and IV fees are flaged as PAID. I paid both fees by cashier check.

Glad I waited this time and didn't pay twice either. The next question is: how fast NVC will process DS-260?

Did you submit Originals or Photocopies?

My husband sent the documents i think in march..... but they never acknowledged if the reviewed it....we just submitted the ds 260 i think it takes 2 weeks to review the ds 260 and depends of the embassy u will be schedule the appointment...i have read in aome countries is pretty delayed for exampla venezuela.....and i can tell cause a friend of mine filled the ds 160 for TOURIST VISA the last month and she was sheduled for 0ctober 23.....thats sad
