Wife still under Administrative Processing...120 Days. I'm losing my mind

So folks, my case has been updated July 7, 9, 13 and 15.

This morning until 1pm it says AP, but when I checked it again around 2pm it says ISSUED. Now I'm a lil confused, shouldn't be READY first before ISSUED?

I am really hoping that this is a good news. Or maybe just false alarm. I guess, I've waited long enough that I will believe ONLY if the visa is in my hand.

I'll keep you posted.

yay ! issued ! go check that 2Go status in a week or so !

what you see in CEAC is solely dependent on the human that touches the keyboard - keep that in mind, as well as 'local practices' at each IV unit - they vary from country to country. Still, should not be more movement at CEAC passed 'ISSUED' but the date might change as internal status gets changed once the VISA packet is generated, again when it's moved to the mailroom, and again when the 2Go Courier picks it up. (at least that's the movement given over in the PI sub-forum)

Juarez mexico consulate

Interview date : 2 / 6 / 15

Result : placed in AP pending police report

Mailed police report date : 2 / 11 / 15

Date consulate received report 2 / 14 /15

Status updates on 2/21/15 , 2/23/15 , 5/21/15 , 6/3/15

Received letter asking for passport to be mailed to Juarez date 6/9/15

Passport received at consulate 6/11/15

Status update dates 6/23/15 status changed from AP to " ready "

On 6/29/15 the ceac website changed from "ready " to "issued " also changed from " immigrant " to " non immigrant" and it says she will receive her stamped passport within 10 business days. .....

february 2014 sent Rfe
March 2014 approved at USCIS
june 2014 NVC received
march 2 2015 sent aos and iv package
march 8 i emailed nvc request to expedite my case
march 13 approved expedite request
march 17 in transit status in CEAC
march 19 case file at US embassy
march 23 first day of medical at Slec
march 29 personal evaluation...passed!
April 6 immunization
april 13 interview at USEM. under Administrative Processing Reason; Medical result was still not forwarded by SLEC.
After my interview i called SLEC they told me they forwarded it at USEM same day of my interview.
July 29 I emailed SLEC to confirm again when did they forwarded my Medical Result at USEM. They replied...forwarded April 13.
July 30 status update date change FINALLY.
September 2015 went in US embassy to withdraw my passport coz I've waited for how many months and no approval yet. Only to find out my case file has been sitting in the corner ...no one reviewed my medical result. to make the story short, I took medical again for the second time , then after a my medical result released, I have my visa on my hands.

October 28 2015 POE Sam Francisco
November 7, 2015 SSN
December 2015... 10 year green card arrived
December 2015 Driver's license issued..yay! <p>




NATURALIZATION N400 SECTION 319B
January 29,2016 Application for N400 section 319b sent at Phoenix AZ
February 1 Priority date
February 9 NOA
February 23 Biometric done, walk in (March 2 original schedule
February 28 Inline for interview
March 30 interview was scheduled

Alright, this morning 8am it was updated again and says your visa in final processing - ISSUED!

Now I can finally say, it is issued! Wahooooooo - after 5 months in AP - finally!!!!

You guys are getting closer. 5-6 months AP is pretty normal I guess.

Hi all,

just curious, if you don't mind... can you write down your case creation date that is shown on CEAC? I am just wondering wether this has something to do with our waiting? Maybe they are processing those case with priority date. for example if the case creation date is April 15 2014 or earlier than that, most likely they already issued the visa.

We can then compare ours and see where we at. I think (really think) I found the point of this long and painful waiting!!!

My CCD is May 29, 2014.

Interview Date: Feb. 25, 2015

Hey. Why there is a large gap between your CCD and Interview date? My K1 visa creation date was on 05-May-2015 and My interview was on 16-June-2015.

Can a large time gap between CCD and interview date possibly effect the AP?

Dear All..Finalyy this morning My wife's Visa has been .....ISSUED...yooohooo

After 6 months and 11 days of waiting....

Basically, I inquired about her status 3 days ago and they replied that she is still under AP. Then I requested her passport to be returned to her since AP will take more time. Guess What the following date they Issued the Visa... :joy:

I wish all the Best for all of you and will be following you to hearing the good news...

Congrats Bombosh! Now the waiting game from issued till you get the passport and visa in hand. Still waiting for my passport. Its been 5 days now since they issued my visa.

But, we've waited long enough, so few days or weeks doesn't matter anymore.

Visa was collected yesterday from Delivery courier....and guess what.

IV Issuance Date: 22 Jul, 2015

IV Expiry Date: 21 Jun, 2015

Basically visa is expired. How could this happen?...why they issue an expired visa in the first place?....

Contacted the consular via email...but did not receive any response so far....will keep you updated

What do you mean? The expiry date of your visa is a month before its issuance. How is that even possible? Can you double check the dates of IV Issuance and Expiry you wrote in your comment?
