Curious about this. I know you are not allowed to have them at US Embassy, but what about SLEC?

Yes. It's allowed. Make sure you have enough battery (or bring a powerbank) as the wait will make you play with games on your phones/tablets to pass time. ahahha!

Well... the frontdesk guard of SLEC told me that phones are not allowed but after I got inside, I noticed everyone was on their phones/gadgets... So yeah its allowed. :lol: Same with food. But be discreet about eating.

They are definitely allowed. My fiance just finished day 1 of medical and she was using it. We texted back and forth while at work. Day 2 is tomorrow.
