If I am filing for K1 and K2 AOS, do I need to attach 2 I-864 forms?

This is incorrect. There is not a separate petition for a K-2, which is a derivative of the K-1 visa. A K-2 is eligible the same as the K-1, through the approved I-129F, K-1/K-2 visa and the marriage within 90 days of the K-1 visa entry they are a derivative of.

OP> You only need the one I-864 if the K-2 is immigrating within 6 months of the K-1. Check the box for Part 3 #2 and list the child as Family Member 1.
