Maybe its a silly question but i just want to clear up my mind How many months

that the Green Card will Appored? we filed or sent the AOS and EAd IN cHICAGO ON nOV.8, 2006.

last febuary 01, 2007 recieved my EAD so now im waiting my Green to be approved and it was transfer to CSC

but I did'nt received letter from CSC that they received the I-485 huh!!! should i worried about this? : :unsure:

One thing some filed AOS have an interview and some are not why? thanks...to all.

You only get a phsyical letter that your AOS is transferred to CSC, not when they received it. If you are signed up for emails on the USCIS site they will usually just email you to say CSC got it (but not everyone gets the email, and ours took a month and a half to arrive). There is no telling how long until your case is approved, some go through CSC in days, some wait months or years. My only suspicion is that some of us are stuck in the FBI namechecks so thats why our cases sit longer at CSC than others. As to why some get interviewed and why not, sadly once again we just don't completely know the answer.
