Hello all,

I have just recently petitioned i130 for my alien spouse on the 22nd of May '15. Due to Memorial Day weekend it arrived at Chicago Lockbox on the 27th and I received my NOA 1 text message on the 29th. It was indicated that my petition has been accepted and is now being routed to Texas Service Center for processing. My wife and I are keeping very positive about the length of processing times and hoping for it all to be approved soon. I have been very consistent and persistent on finding more information on TSC processing times and read some bad reviews on this forum. Of course, I would have loved for my case to be sent to VSC which is taking approx. 2 months of time for NOA 2. I really wish you all the best of luck on this journey.

Any updates on current Texas Service Center processing times? A feed back from filer would be best appreciated as I know USCIS website says 5 months.

I filed I-130 petitions that were routed to TSC in September and it took almost 8 months to get the NOA2. I filed for my husband recently in May and was routed to TSC again so hoping it goes faster but I don't anticipated hearing until at least 6 months.

Why the hell did i get routed to TSC? Not a single update that is good about TSC. That is just not fair but somethings gotta give.

I believe she filed for her husband on May 7th 2015 and it was routed to the TSC. Glenrob, correct me if I'm wrong.

Feeling very confident???????

That's great news! With the exception of Vermont, the current trend for all of the service centers is that processing times are gradually coming down. Let's hope that continues for everybody.

I've been reading and looking at the timelines for this year's filers esp for petitions sent at the beginning of the year and have seen pretty quick NOA2s within 1-4 months! ?

Yes we shall have hope and keep the faith in this journey ??

a lot of people get away with adjustment status. To be honest, it is a fraud. Edited by marymon

I believe you needed to file for AOS at the same time as filing the I-130. Now that you've filed the I-130 you might have difficulty. This forum might be more help http://www.visajourney.com/forums/forum/130-adjustment-of-status-from-work-student-tourist-visas/

However marymon is right and if your husband came to the US on a non-immigrant visa with the intent of immigrating than it's considered fraud.

Submitted DS-261: 2015/07/05

Paid AOS fee: 2015/07/10

Paid IV fee: 2015/07/27

Submitted via email AOS and IV packets: 2015/07/27

Checklist: 2015/08/05 - for DS-260 was having website difficulties and didn't realise they would review our case in 11 days.

Submitted DS-260: 2015/08/07

Supervisor Review: 2015/09/14 - 38 days after submitted DS-260 and still waiting

Checklist/Email from Supervisor?: 2015/09/18 - for missing police certificate, even though we were suppose to submit directly to the Australian consulate. Emailed them as requested stating that info and called stating that info was told to wait another 30 days for them to respond?!?!?!?! :ranting: At least now I'm in direct email communication with a someone.

Case Complete!! - 2015/09/22 - 110 days

Filled I-130 on 5/16/2015 , Case was received on 5/19/2015

NOA1 receipt: 5/29/2015

Filled I-129F for K3 VISA: 5/03/2015 , delivered on 5/04/2015

10 days past we're still waiting to receive the NOA1 for the I-129F

Are we on a good timeline?

Hi Guys,

My wife filled our I-130 on 2015-05-16, received NOA1 hard copy on 2015-05-29 . On 2015-06-3 we sent I-129F for the K3 visa still waiting for any information, are we on a good track? Best of luck to everybody :goofy:
