Congrats!!! It looks like California seems to be taking their sweet time now. October 12 is going to mark 5 months of waiting. I was really hoping for a much faster process like some people i have seen. It looks like i will be giving birth without my husband.

I am sorry to hear that. Well, usually California is processing application much quicker. 

[spoiler]Green card I-130:Wedding date January 16th,2015 I-130 sent: May 5th,2015 NOA1: May 7th, 2015 NOA2: October 23rd,2015 Sent to NVC Nov 3rd, 2015 Received at NVC on the November 9th,2015 NVC sent letter with Case number on December 2nd,2015 DS-261 on December 07th, 2015 Paid AOS fee on December 07th,2015 Paid IV fee on December 12th, 2015 Sent AOS and IV package on December 17th, 2015 Form Ds 260 submitted on December 21, 2015. (Delay due to Ds261 showing incomplete had to resubmit) Scan date: December 21st, 2015 Case complete: January 29th, 2016 Medical examination: March 4th, 2016 Interview: March 17th, 2016 at US Embassy in Paris - Approved ! March 18th, 2016 - CEAC shows visa ISSUED March 24th, 2016 - Visa received this morning Paid ELIS $165 fee + book flight on MArch 24th, 2016 POE Chicago on April 13th, 2016  Received green card on June 8th, 2016[/spoiler][/spoiler]

 

Removing condition I-751:

Submission: 2/1/2018

NOA 1 Received: 2/5/2018

Biometrics: 5/25/2018

18 month extension letter: 8/20/2018

RFE: 2/3/2019

Hi All! We submitted I-130 application (together with I-485 Adjustment of Status) and USCIS received it May 18, 2015. Its been 4 months and 7 days. How long does it usually take for USCIS to process I-130?

05/13/2015 - Sent I-485/I-130/I-765/I-131 to USCIS.

05/18/2015 - Received I-797 NOA with Receipt Numbers.

05/25/2015 - Received Biometrics appointment letter

06/10/2015 - Biometrics Appointment done

06/15/2015 - Received RFE letter dated 6/9/15

07/08/2015 - Sent reply to RFE

07/14/2015 - USCIS confirmed receipt of our reply to RFE

07/25/2015 - I-131 AP approved

07/27/2015 - I-765 EAD approved

08/04/2015 - USCIS sent EAD/AP

08/05/2015 - Received EAD/AP approval notice
08/14/2015 - Received EAD/AP card

12/03/2015 - Interview scheduled for January 8, 2016

01/08/2016 - Interview. I-485 AOS approved

01/10/2016 - I-485 and I-130 approval notice mailed

Hi All! We submitted I-130 application (together with I-485 Adjustment of Status) and USCIS received it May 18, 2015. Its been 4 months and 7 days. How long does it usually take for USCIS to process I-130?

Just got an RFE email from TSC. Smh!! I was hoping for an aproval. 10 more days and we would be at the 5 month mark. And I called and they can't tell me what it is over the phone.

You would have gotten a letter in mail saying you case was recieved and is being routed to (name of center). Usually it takes about 5 months.

I have no idea. When I check our case status on USCIS website it still says "On May 18, 2015 we received your application I-130 ........."

I believe our application is with the National Benefit Center. How will I know if our application is routed?

That sucks but good thing is when you submit your paperwork for rfe, it only takes few days for approval. I wouldnt delay in sending them paperwork they asked for. I havent gotten anything it s been 4 months. Come on Nebraska

Hey! It may not be great news but it is OK! :) Keep in mind that USCIS has the power to deny immigration applications without first issuing RFEs, so you should be thankful for the opportunity to correct information, provide more documentation, and convince immigration officials to approve your case.
