Hello,

I've check the IV Schedule today and my CR1 interview will be on March 22, 2007. Tomorrow will be my K3 interview and I'm hoping that the Consul will be able grant our request for the CR1 interview instead but we still haven't received the Packet 4 yet. Is it possible for me to have the CR interview instead of the K3? Anyone has encounter this situation please share your experience.

Also, do i still need another Medical Exam for the CR1 visa? Because I've done with my medical already for the K3 visa.

10/30/06 - DS 3032 and AOS Fee Bill received through snail mail

10/31/06 - send out the DS 3032 and AOS Bill

11/1/06 - received email from NVC accepted the Choice of Agent

11/6/06 - IV Fee Bill Generated

11/17/06 - IV Fee and AOS Received

11/18/06 - IV Check Send

11/20/06 - IV Check Delivered

11/20/06 - AOS Send to NVC

12/2/06 - Send the DS-230 Part I and II

12/6/06 - NVC received the documents

12/21/06 - Process at NVC Completed

02/13/07 - File left NVC to MNL Embassy

03/22/07 - CR1 Interview....on AR

04/16/07 - Still on AR

05/2/07 - Visa Released

05/4/07 - Visa in Hand after 5 weeks on AR

You do not need to have 2 seperate medical exams. On the day of your exam take documents recieved from USCIS for your CR1 and for your K3 showing the case numbers of each. Ask for two copies of medical exam results made instead of just one. Dont know about whether they will approve your request for the interview my guess would be probably not but then again I might be wrong! Hope this helps.
