US Citizenship handbook and CD ?

I was told we can get a handbook and cd from USCIS for citizenship. Does anyone know anything about this? I didn't see anything in the guides on this site, and the only thing I see on the USCIS website is .pdfs and .mp3s and sample test questions. Is there an actual handbook and cd that can be obtained, and how to get it?

You'll get one when you go for bio-metric for your citizenship application.

Geesh that will make 3 biometrics appointments for this whole immigration process.. once in Philippines for I-130, once last month for I-751 ROC on 2 year green card, then another on naturalization. Seems ridiculous. I'm pretty sure the wife had all of her fingerprints taken, picture(s), and digital signature last month. What more do they need? DNA? lol

They will give it to you at your citizenship biometrics, and yes you will have to do it 3 times, very stupid indeed. I took 2 within 8 months, how stupid could it be?
