I really hope that's not the case!!! The last update on the department of state website said that they would be working this weekend to clear the backlog. I also heard that they were still conducting interviews for immigrant visas during the system glitch. They were only canceling/rescheduling no immigrant petitions. They were interviewing but weren't able to print visas! This of course its all hear say!!! They started scheduling for August so let's hope we get an August interview!! When was the last time you called NVC???
