visa availability for siblings of US military

Is there a special consideration if I file petition for my siblings? I know if i am civilian and my siblings lives in the Philippines, the waiting time for the visa is about 10 years or more. How about if i am in the Army? Is there a special consideration for it like when I applied for citizenship? Thanks!

None, never thought about it, but that would be a nice thing to have. I'm Air Force myself....

Thanks! I wish they have. Oh well i know it will take forever but at least i know their children can benefit for this.

I think consideration is only given to spouse, children and parents and its just after they have obtained lawful permanent residence. The special consideration is that they are often eligible for expedited naturalization. The rest, like initial filing, goes on like any other normal petition.
