The three numbers after the 2015 is the julian date it was assigned plus 500. So if yours is 621, then 621-500=121, and the julian date 121 is April 30. So your case was assigned April 30. Your friend

So much of the sign in failed pop up!!!! Today's a good day, got in online and filled up ds260!! Docs should be delivered monday since it got held from NH POS OFFICE on friday due to NVC was close! steps 1-6 done!!!!

March 31, 2015 - I-130 packet mailed through USPS express mail

April 1, 2015 - Packet Delivered

April 3, 2015 - NOA1, routed to Nebraska Service Center

April 6, 2015 - Payment of $420 cashed

April 9, 2015 - Hard copy of NOA1 received in the mail

May 19, 2015 - I-130 case APPROVED!!!

May 27, 2015 - Case sent to Department of State NVC

June 3, 2015 - Case received by NVC

June 16, 2015 - Case number obtained

June 17, 2015 - DS-261 choice of agent completed over the phone ( unable to sign in online )

June 20, 2015 - Received WELCOME LETTER (enclosed with AOS fee invoice and document cover sheet)

June 21, 2015 - Received IV invoice fee through email ( still unable to sign in online )

June 25, 2015 - Mailed payments of both AOS and IV fee (two separate money order from USPS in one envelope, overnight delivery)

June 30, 2015 - Received email confirmation, both AOS and IV payment received

July 2, 2015 - Called NVC and confirmed AOS and IV shows PAID and Cleared in their system ( since i can't log in online )

July 2, 2015 - Mailed documents (overnight), only to find out NVC is close today (july 3), so package is held in the NH post office, scheduled delivery updated to july 6

July 5, 2015 - Finally able to sign in to CEAC website and filled up DS 260 and SUBMITTED!!!

July 6, 2015 - SCAN DATE

July 27, 2015 - CASE COMPLETE!

August 24, 2015 - Interview schedule assigned

September 24, 2015 - INTERVIEW DATE at US EMBASSY MANILA, PHILIPPINES

APPROVED!

September 28, 2015 - Visa Packet received (picked up at 2GO SM MOA branch)

October 10, 2015 - ENTRY IN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, reunited with my wife finally!!! 

I- 751 timeline:

July 13, 2017 - Packet mailed to CSC via USPS express mail

July 15, 2017 - Packet delivered

July 19, 2017 - Check cashed (personal check $680)

July 21, 2017 - Received I-797, Notice of Action (dated 7/15/15, 8:57pm)

July 29, 2017 - Received biometrics appointment notice dated 7/21/17, appointment is on Aug 9.

November 15, 2018 -  CASE APPROVED

Never thought I'd see the day when we'd all be able to get in. Almost 2 months since I started this post lol. Hope everyone gets those CC's soon :)

Service Center : Nebraska Service Center

Marriage : July 2, 2014

March 7, 2015: I-130 Sent

March 17, 2015: I-130 NOA1 received in mail

March 17, 2015: I-129F Sent

March 28, 2015: I-129F NOA1 received in mail

April 3, 2015: I-130 updated on USCIS website to approved! awaiting hardcopy of NOA2

April 14, 2015: Case was sent to NVC

April 18, 2015: I-130 NOA2 hardcopy received in mail

April 22, 2015: Case was received by NVC

May 1, 2015: Case number assigned

May 4, 2015 : I-129F NOA2 received in mail

June 2, 2015 : Selected Agent Via Phone

June 16, 2015 : Paid AOS and IV Fees Via Mail

June 22, 2015 : Wife receives Appointment letter from Manila Embassy (I-129F)

*proceeding with K-3 Visa instead. Cannot wait for the NVC problems to resolve

June 23, 2015: Interview scheduled for July 30

July 9, 2015 : Medical Completed

July 30, 2015 : Interview Complete APPROVED!!

August 16, 2015 : Received Letter from NVC that I-130 is being expedited to Manila Embassy.

August 26, 2015 : Manila Embassy closes K3. Proceeding with CR1 again. New interview date September 16, 2015

September 16, 2015 : Interview Complete APPROVED!! ISSUED on same day. :dance:

September 23, 2015 : Visa in hand
September 29, 2015 : POE

I guess this error is starting all over again...

It's getting to a week now and still having the same " doesn't match" error....

Called the NVC and they keep giving me textbook replies like, use internet explorer, wait for 1 week, 2 weeks, 30 days, they haven't finished inputting your data into the system...

I'm like WTH??!! AM I GOING WAIT FOR 2 MONTHS LIKE PAST CASES??!!

This is crazy!!!

this is not the same error we had months ago actually, did you get the numbers over the phone are you sure the rep told you the right ones or you took them down right? When did you get the numbers sometimes you need to wait 7-10 days after you get them to sign in not everyone is able to sign in right away . But yes make sure you always use internet explorer.

Hey Morganalmonshid, I think it's pretty similar...

Yes I got my numbers over the phone and had them read it to me on 3 separate calls so the numbers are correct.

It's getting to a week now I got the numbers and Yes I used internet explorer just as requested by the NVC...

I think I have no other option than to wait till they fix it but on the other hand I will still keep calling to try and speak to a supervisor to try and fix the issue...

back when this happen it was an issue with accessing the ds261 and 260 we could not pay fees yours has to do with the login . Like they said sadly more waiting sometime they generate a case number before you can actually log in and do anything yet . No one else has complained of this problem lately so it's likely they have not put your info in yet . Being lazy like the nvc always is .

I was able to get the case number today on the phone from Ciudad Juarez. The CEAC website shows the creation date as April 28, 2016 (yesterday) and the status as "ready". When I try to sign in to complete the DS-260 I get the following message...

The case information you entered does not match our records. Please try again or contact the U.S. Embassy or Consulate where your case is being processed.

Does it take some time before you are able to sign in?

March 28, 2016 - Married in Playa del Carmen, Mexico

April 1, 2016 - Sent I-130 DCF via DHL to Mexico City USCIS
April 4, 2016 - DHL received Mexico City USCIS
April 19, 2016 - I-130 Approved
April 20, 2016 - received I-130 Approval email "forwarded to Ciudad Juarez"
April 28, 2016 - "Case creation date"
April 29, 2016 - Given case number on phone, but unable to complete ds-260

Hello please i was selected for dv lottery 2022 but when i tried signing in to fill the DS 260 form i got this reply ,"The case information you entered does not match our records. Please try again or contact the Kentucky Consular Center (KCC) by email (kccdv@state.gov) or by phone (Public Inquiry Phone Number 606-526-7500 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. EDT Monday – Friday) for further assistance."
