I got an email from NVC, same as my welcome letter with AOS fee but the email has an invoice for IV fee. So I'm guessing that they had reviewed my DS-261 (choice of agent etc.) after I had set it up over the phone. But I still cant log on to pay AOS and IV fees.

Should I just go ahead and pay my AOS fee since its not as much as IV fee or just wait to pay both online.

thanks.

Hi everyone! We just got an acknowledgement receipt from NVC via email for the IV Fee Payment that we mailed last June 17, 2015. The email letter was dated June 25, 2015 but was not emailed to us until last night or this morning June 30, 2015. I checked the CEAC site hoping for change of luck to be able to fill-out DS-260, but nothing has change there, still saying "Not Paid" so evidently cannot fill out the online form. We haven't mailed in our AOS and IV documents yet as we are still waiting for other financial documents of our joint sponsor. We are planning to send all documents real soon as we are almost done on it too. Is it OK to submit or mail AOS and IV Financial and Supporting documents eventhough we haven't filled-out the DS-260? Has anyone here done that? I feel unsure because Step 3 is to fill-up DS-260 (but currently not working) and Step 4 to 6 is about submitting the documents. Let us know what you think please and what you have done so far. Thanks. :)

Almost 1 week now, still unable to log in to ceac site..i got my AOS fee invoice enclosed from the welcome letter i received last saturday 6/20/15..then yesterday i received an email with my IV fee invoice..i called again today the rep said shell put in a request for the IT so i can log in but she cant give me any time frame..she said i can go ahead and mail payments by mail if i think its taking so long..anyone here sent their payment fees by mail? Did you send two separate money orders for each fee? I know you can send just one money order but seems like theres a problem with the IV fee if u do that..i dont know..

We mailed our payments separately since our invoice also arrived in separate dates. You can check my timeline for the details. Hope this enlightens you more in your decisions. But still I cannot do the DS-260 but at least they acknowledged our IV payment. God luck to all of us!

Right after i got the Case Number & IIN i pay the AOS online got the receipt, on same day i send all the AOS & IV Documents together i just used the AOS receipt and put it on the top of both documents 1 for AOS & 1 for IV Documents. You can do that way sending them all together is most advisable. Now I am stuck with IV Pay, got the Invoice like two weeks ago and still cannot pay it online, i will wait the system will up hopefully soon so i will be able to pay online and fill out the DS-260. Do not send your IV Payment as it s useless cuz u cannot fill out the DS-260 form anyway. It's better to wait...

i hear you , i have been through this , it ll take time for your case to synchronize in the system , Second the system itself is experiencing a lot of issues , so even you ll be able to log in and choose the agent , it is most likely that you ll get stuck at IV unless if its fixed next week

best thing you can do now is to get your documents ready (AOS&IV) , then send them if you received the cover sheet from NVC ( cover sheet hs bar code and your case number on it as well ), once the system is back online , pay the fees and submit the IV application
