Case Number and IIN combination you entered does not match our records

Yes, we paid by mail last June 15 for the two invoices but we still cant log in to fees payment on the CEAC website. And about the AOS invoice, we received it together with the NVC welcome letter.

Our NVC welcome letter only attched the IV fee invoice, not the AOS Invoice. I dont know why ours is different from yours. I am wondering are there other members here who met the same condition as ours?

So how did you get hold of your case number and IIN? And how many emails did you receive from NVC?

Till now no access to portal I got IV invoice by email I mailed both invoices (AOS & IV) with the money order on 6/15 to NVC

I call yesterday the rep. Said I paid only AOS I told her I paid both invoices in on money order she told me email the copy of money order to ask nvc and wait!!!

can anyone pay IV fee online now after mailing the fee?

I can pay online now but already mailed the fee 3 weeks ago... cant do anything at this point but wait till its changed to "paid" in order to access DS260

tried calling NVC almost everyday all they say is "wait"

For me I can't even access to the portal

What do they tell you is it shows paid in there system if so I think you should ask them to put you in the spreadsheet

Hi everyone,

I received my case number and INN number along with a checklist and aos invoice for $120 on June 5th and been waiting for the site to be fixed. I cant log on and pay or do anything, I still get the message " Sign In Failed
The selected Case Number and Invoice Identification Number combination you entered do not match our records. Please try again or click on the Contact the NVC hyperlink if you have forgotten your Case Number or Invoice Identification Number"

I called nvc on June 11 and they told me someone was working on it and she couldn't help me assign an agent etc. ad to call back tomorrow. so I don't know if I should send in my payment for my aos and IV papers or just wait till the site gets fixed?

FYI: NVC received my I-130 on may 27th

Passion fruit knows this about me already but I paid the fee twice and it unlocked the ds-260 online after waiting over 2 months since my ds-261 got reviewed . I waited about a month from the time I got invoiced for it to show online, if you pay by mail you'll never get anywhere anytime soon just a heads up .

At first, We received one NVC Welcome Letter by mail in which we were notified the case number and invoice ID number. After choosing the agent over the phone, we received an email from NVC in which the IV Processing fee Invoice was included.

You got the AOS invoice by email or mail? I have only got the IV invoice by email so far, have not got the AOS invoice.

@passion-fruit @Hazel18 It's been weeks since it is showing PAY NOW on the website. When I click to pay, it says NOT INVOICED. So if I have not paid by mail, I would have been waiting until now to pay online. That would have been more than a month waiting to pay online. NVC sent the invoice via email May 13.

We confirmed that NVC got our money order (AOS & IV FEE) week ago, but system still shows PAY NOW, they also received our package last week. Do they send confirmation for the package?

No luck. I hope this week is "THE WEEK" for all of us. Still waiting to fill out the DS 260 for both my parents. Keeping a positive outlook about things to happen this week. I just want to get this done and go on with other things I have to do.

Really?! Well, they have to unlock your case before you can fill it out. Can I ask when your PD is?
