I'm tired of the website issues

called them many many times

and always got different answers

some of them are like robots... its like they memorize the answers

Now I wanna call them everyday

just for fun... would be interesting to hear what else they can say..

Just an update guys: we finally received our IV fee invoiced. Exactly 7 days after ds261 was reviewed over the phone. But we still cant get thru the payment portal on CEAC. We opted to wait for the 13th and see if the website gets fixed before mailing in our payment. Are you guys still having trouble with the fees showing 'not paid'? Or is it already resolved?

Have you been able to pay the IV fee online yet?? we still can't.. Really don't want to send it by mail..Wonder if this waiting is worth it or not.

yup :( especially since there is no chronological order to follow.

But Im thinking, even if we do send in a cashiers check with the IV fee, we won't be able to do the ds260 until the website is up and running again.. So might just wait? Ugh, Idk.. :(

I sent the IV Fees for my parents May 21, received May 22. Payment cleared May 28 per NVC representative via phone call. Received email June 7 from NVC regarding fees and instructions to fill out DS 260 online. Up to now, portal still says PAY NOW for both cases. Called NVC technical support June 15 to make them aware that I am still unable to fill up DS260 online. Representative took both my parents' case numbers and put them on a spread sheet. I was told that they are working on all cases individually. He told me that by June 19, I will be able to access the IV applications online. So, I asked him what if it is not fixed, do I have to call back? He said yes but representative insisted that by Friday both my parents' cases will be unlocked for the DS260 online. I just called earlier to follow up. Representative told me that he will take the case numbers and put them on the spread sheet. I told him that I called Monday and its been put down on the spread sheet. So, I asked when should I expect results. He said 10 days from when the petitions had been put in the spread sheet. So, I will check to see if I will be able to access DS260 on June 19. I will keep logging in everyday like I always do until the June 26 (the 10th day). If I am still unable to access, I will have to give them another call to follow up. My parents' petitions had been stuck in NVC for almost 2 months now. I know, some are more than that. I guess we will just have to wait until the website is fixed. I am glad that I sent out the IV fees by mail or else I will still be waiting for the website to pay online. I am just sharing where I am right now with the process. Hope it helps.

My case is similar to yours lol I'm also petitioning both parents. Right now I have a problem with DS 260 as well. I also called them last week (dont remember the exact date) they did put mine on the spreadsheet as well and told me to wait till the 26th (which is also my 10th day not sure if its a coincidence or what lol) Guess we'll just have to wait and see?

I know you mailed IV fee but are you able to pay it online now? or it still shows 0.00? Mine shows 325 and let me pay online 2days ago ? I mailed my IV fee May 28 and they confirmed its paid when I called. I'm so tired of waiting for them to change my IV status to "paid" cuz that's when I'll be able to access DS 260!

If... I have only waited to pay it online.. I would have been able to access DS 260 by now ??

Don't know when this is going to end. I recieved my invoiced since may 11
