did you attach the invoice with the cashier check or money order ? did you write your case number in the memo line ? if so give them a call

Which money order did u sent...??? Can u check that whether it has been cashed out or not then do so.....

If its cashed then call NVC to check the status....and still if they say that its not showing as PAID in their system....then last option is to wait till it ends in 21 days period which they say as usual......Mine is same as urs so i am also worried now....Good Luck

Me too....dude....mine is just a day later than u but similar to urs......Still its not coming as PAID in their system....I called but they r telling me that its not showing paid in their system....Did u inquired today...????

Did u checked if ur Money order was cashed or not...???? If so on which date was it cashed...???

I dont think we can check to see if the USPS MO was cashed, can we?

I have a feeling that ..AGAIN.. there is a .... 'communication issue'... between the payment center in MO and NVC

Its just doesn't make sense to me that the payments sent between the dates from 05/20 until about 05/28 are still showing as 'not invoiced' or 'pay now', while the later dates are going in with no problem within few days from the dates when folks sent those in?

Or am I just trying to rationalize the situation and make sense out of it so I don't freak out?!??!

Yes there is a way to find out status of usps money order....but u have to go to ur post office and ask them for the status...they will guide u how to do that....

well... I mailed IV fee on May28, USPS said they recieved on May29 now my status on the website still shows "pay now" ...I know I still haven't been waiting that long ..guess I can't complain..

BUT

I did see some ppl mailed IV fee on the same date and their status already showed as "paid" ... now that just makes me worried ... grrrrrr

I sent my payment May 21, received May 22. I just called today toverify if fees had been cleared, representative from NVC told me fees hd been received. I am still unable to open the DS260 form online, it still says PAY NOW. he told me to just keeping checking everyday. The good news he told me was the website will be up and running June 13.

if you browse the link in the CEAC webpage you ll see in the bottom of the page that they ll grant the access to the people who need access to ds 260 in about 10 days , so give it another week , also the DS 260 will not be unlocked till the IV is showing paid

well... I mailed IV fee on May28, USPS said they recieved on May29 now my status on the website still shows "pay now" ...I know I still haven't been waiting that long ..guess I can't complain..

in my opinion , its safer to use US bank to issue the cashier check than using the money order , anyway hope you get through this

We can finally pay AOS fee on CEAC. We waited with mailing the check and happy we did so!

Now just waiting for IV fee and ds260..

Just an update guys: we finally received our IV fee invoiced. Exactly 7 days after ds261 was reviewed over the phone. But we still cant get thru the payment portal on CEAC. We opted to wait for the 13th and see if the website gets fixed before mailing in our payment. Are you guys still having trouble with the fees showing 'not paid'? Or is it already resolved?

Same here ..... invoiced but can't pay. Read somewhere we may have to wait till tomorrow or tonight for some overnight processing. Waiting till the weekend for the June 13 deadline I keep reading about as well.

But I dont know why she said she would ask her supervisor to unlock our case, if we still cant log in in one week, call her again. Oh bummer. I wonder why it's locked. ? Did you ask her why? Maybe you ought to call them every other day. Lol

Yeh, i can totally relate ? We already have both invoices but we cant pay them online. And we're torn between waiting for the site to get fixed or mail them in ASAP.

I wish this will be over soon. ?
