Mine was assigned on 14th and i was able to choose the agent and i have seen people were assigned on 19 , 20th of may and were able to choose the agent and pay the fee

06/23/15: SECOND SCAN DATE (checklist for new i864 form)

07/05/15: IV bill available and paid

07/08/15: DS-260 Available and completed

07/17/15 Case Complete

EMBASSY STAGE

07/15/15: Medical examination

The three numbers after the 2015 is the julian date it was assigned plus 500. So if yours is 621, then 621-500=121, and the julian date 121 is April 30. So your case was assigned April 30. Your friend

my case was assigned on May 26 for mom and dad, i was able to log in on May 30 around 1am, pay the AOS and fill out the DS-261 choose for agent. .. maybe you guys try to log in after 12 midnight and hoping you all all will get through... best of luck

I just called the NVC and i asked them that i have been waiting 3 weeks to log in to choose the agent , and i told them that i need to review my ds 261 which she did , by the way i submitted the form 261 on last Friday and i had it review today (Monday ) so just to give you a heads up , if you keep insisting to have it review they ll do it for you :)

So everytime I call NVC all I hear is "its out of our hand, the Department of State is handling the issue. So today I decided to call D.O.S and got transfer to the I.T. team and from the way the rep was talking its like he has no clue what NVC is. But I went ahead and explain it to him anyway told him on the botom of the NVC website. it clearly say that this webstite is managed by Bureau of State and US Department of state. Then he said he will issue an E-ticket and give it to the headquarter so who knows. I don't know what to do anymore

CEAC is not an NVC website. It is a DOS website. Calling the DOS was a good idea. Just make sure you refer to it as CEAC,Consular Electronic Application Center website.

CEAC is not an NVC website. It is a DOS website. Calling the DOS was a good idea. Just make sure you refer to it as CEAC,Consular Electronic Application Center website.

Yes at first I was saying national visa center but then I told them Consular electronic application and he went and filled out paper

hello, may I ask what number you used to call them? I cant find one on the ceac site.

Service Center : Nebraska Service Center

Marriage : July 2, 2014

March 7, 2015: I-130 Sent

March 17, 2015: I-130 NOA1 received in mail

March 17, 2015: I-129F Sent

March 28, 2015: I-129F NOA1 received in mail

April 3, 2015: I-130 updated on USCIS website to approved! awaiting hardcopy of NOA2

April 14, 2015: Case was sent to NVC

April 18, 2015: I-130 NOA2 hardcopy received in mail

April 22, 2015: Case was received by NVC

May 1, 2015: Case number assigned

May 4, 2015 : I-129F NOA2 received in mail

June 2, 2015 : Selected Agent Via Phone

June 16, 2015 : Paid AOS and IV Fees Via Mail

June 22, 2015 : Wife receives Appointment letter from Manila Embassy (I-129F)

*proceeding with K-3 Visa instead. Cannot wait for the NVC problems to resolve

June 23, 2015: Interview scheduled for July 30

July 9, 2015 : Medical Completed

July 30, 2015 : Interview Complete APPROVED!!

August 16, 2015 : Received Letter from NVC that I-130 is being expedited to Manila Embassy.

August 26, 2015 : Manila Embassy closes K3. Proceeding with CR1 again. New interview date September 16, 2015

September 16, 2015 : Interview Complete APPROVED!! ISSUED on same day. :dance:

September 23, 2015 : Visa in hand
September 29, 2015 : POE

Sure the number is 202-647-6575. I pressed option 4 and 4 again I spoke with an operator and ask to speak with someone about the website they tranfered me then I pressed option 7. I told the rep CEAC then I stated ceac.state.gov

I did what you say I told them my case assigned on 4/30 and I send a lot of email to asknvc to review my ds 261 and I didnt get any respond , she told me I have to wait I tell her I want to talk to superviser because I waited too long .. she hold me on the phone and then she assigned me as an agent and they will send me invoice shortly

The phone is 202-647-2000, then press option 7. I did talk a rep and he said he'll create a ticket. But I'm not sure they'll fix it. As we don't know what technical problems are related with IV fee payment and DS-260.

They created a ticket for me too and I got a call last night and the rep told me that I have to call nvc I.T member he gave me the number so today I called the number the rep told me what's wrong and how long its been like that? I said its been like that for a month now we can't pay the fees,can't do the ds260/261 and he said ok I will report it i was was like is that it? He said yes we have to report it so it can be fixed. I give up nvc said DOS is in charge DOS gave me a number to contact NVC I.T members now NVC I.T said they will report it. Its like they are playing with us

what number is for NVC IT? I contacted local congressman office 10 days ago about this issue but have not heard anything back. You're right, they're playing with us as they don't care about it.

Just call this number, but I was told that they could not help. The Rep gave me the NVC phone number 603-334-0700.

You see they are playing with us. NVC said DOS is in charge DOS said call NVC I.T. and NVC I.T said they can't help
