Hello!

Any updates? I received my welcome letter in the mail today. However, I couldn't log in, same message showed up "The selected Case Number and Invoice Identification Number combination you entered does not match our records. Please try again or contact the National Visa Center for further assistance. " Tried to call NVC, never get through...

sorry you lost me , i dont get your point ????

Just a thought for everyone. Has anyone asked the NVC if you can mail in an old DS-3032 or email them a choice of agent like we used to do?
Because of this issue with the DOS website it may be something to ask them and/or the DOS.

If you read above you... you'd see that I was having a discussion with someone else. :)

when u got case no ? i got mine on may 7th ..

i dunno if i can pay yet when i get home ill tey pay hopefully itll work

Since April 17th I think but we dtuck. A lot of us are trying to pay our IV fees but we can't. I thought you was trying to pay your fees as well

still can't pay AOS & IV fees, it's been over month already.....

what u mean by can't pay but u can sign in no prob ? can u click on the " not paid" ?

what does it say ?

before i just can't log on at all just today I can and i just paid the fees right away

i just paid IV and AOS fee a few mins ago.. so it IN PROCESS mode ,

i could pay the fee hopefully that means something for those of you who cant yet

Whenever we log in the "Immigrant Visa Invoice Payment Center" ,it just shows that

"This case is in the process of termination. Fee payments and online forms can no longer be accepted. If you believe you have received this message in error, or to resume processing of the case, please contact the NVC immediately."

It's been over a month, we called last week, rep said the system is broken....

I just try it, but still shows the same...so, you just pay without any prob?
